No—we are an independent coordination company. We help you access reputable providers in China and deliver add-ons such as translation and escorting. You pay hospitals directly for medical services.
No. Package fees cover our coordination services only. Hospital and professional fees are billed separately by the provider.
Unused services after signing may be eligible for a partial refund subject to agreement. Confirmed registrations and activated translation scopes may be non-refundable. Details appear in your service agreement.
